Dr. Tyler Bradstreet

Dr. Bradstreet is from the small town of Florence, MT, where he spent the majority of his childhood. He finished high school in Salem, Oregon, before making his way down to Corvallis, Oregon, for college. After graduating cum laude from Oregon State University he received his D.M.D. from Oregon Health Science University in Portland, Oregon.

Dr. Bradstreet uses his love for art and science to deliver personalized, comprehensive care. He values continued learning and has completed numerous hours of post-graduate education in restorative and cosmetic dentistry. These areas of focus include endodontics, oral surgery, oral conscious sedation and Invisalign. He prioritizes patient comfort and is committed to providing you with care you can be confident in. As a patient you will be treated like family and will enjoy our relaxed atmosphere. 

Outside of the dental clinic, you will typically find Dr. Bradstreet spending time with his wife, Anna, and their puppy, Tanner. They are both Oregon State alums and avid Trail Blazers fans. While they love to golf, travel and explore new restaurants, time during the pandemic encouraged them to seek new interests. Now, they also enjoy activities like cooking, hiking and exercising more than ever. In 2022, they also welcomed their first child, Ava, into the world and love being parents!

Dr. Bradstreet has donated his time and service to many charity organizations including Dentistry from the Heart, Medical Teams International, Give Kids a Smile, Boys and Girls Club of America and Mission of Mercy.

April | Front Office Manager

April has a passion for working with patients and making dentistry a positive experience for everyone. After working as a dental assistant for 15 years, April took on the role of office manager for the last five. She earned her degree from Chemeketa Community College in 1999, where she obtained her certificate in expanded functions and sealant placement.

In her spare time, you will find April at the hockey rink watching her son, Braydon, play and her husband, Chris, coach. If you don’t find her there, check Washington Square — she loves to shop!

Cynthia | Lead Dental Assistant

Cynthia is a lead expanded function dental assistant, has experience working in community health and volunteers for Give Kids a Smile events. She is Spanish speaking, has been a dental assistant for over 14 years and enjoys making our patients feel at ease. Cynthia truly enjoys working with the Oak Hills Dentistry team and alongside Dr. Bradstreet. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her 13-year-old son. Her hobbies include Latin style dancing, traveling, reading and volunteering.

Daniele | Dental Hygienist

Daniele earned her degree in dental hygiene from Clark College in 2002. She is passionate about her patients’ well-being. You will leave Daniele’s chair looking and feeling great, and you will also learn a thing or two about keeping your teeth and gums as healthy as they can be. Daniele is quick to smile and even quicker with her wit. Do not hesitate to crack a joke or two, as Daniele will amaze you with her ability to understand what you are saying – no matter how many fingers or instruments may be in your mouth.

Daniele grew up in the Northwest, moving to the Portland metro area in 2000 with her husband and son. She loves spending time with her family and friends. She’s also thankful to live in Oregon. Rain or shine, don't be surprised if you see her and her family on a hiking trail or walking on the beach. And in the spring and summer, you will find her in her garden, surrounded by heaps of colorful flowers.

Mindy | Dental Hygienist

Mindy moved to Oregon from Illinois in 2015. She graduated from hygiene school at Carl Sandburg College in 2008 and has been practicing ever since. In her free time, Mindy enjoys hiking and spending time with her husband and their three children.
